해물 파전 Korean style pancakes with seafood and green onion

            Haemul pajeon is one of the most apreciatted types of Korean pancakes, especially in the rainy days. 

Ingredients

-1 cup of seafood cut in small pieces 

-1 reen onion cut lenghtwise 

-1 hot red pepper thinly sliced 

Ingredients for the batter

-1 cup white flour

-1+1/2 cups cold water

-1 lightly whisked egg

-salt and blackpepper for seasoning

 

Directions

1. Wash the seafood and let drain.

2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.

3. Pour the mixture in a preheated pan with two tablespoons of oil and spread it well; let fry until it gets a golden-brown colour on the bottom side, and then turn it on the other side and press the pancake with a spatula; let fry for 3-4 minute.  

            You can serve with a soy sauce and sesame oil mixture sauce. Enjoy!
