한국식 꼬마 미트볼 Korean style baby meatballs

Ingredients

-1/2 cup of minced beef

-1/3 cup of asian pear cut in little cubes

-2 tablespoons of minced green onion

-2 cloves of garlic

-1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce

-1+1/2  teaspoons of sugar

-1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil

-1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 

-1/4 teaspoon of salt

 

Directions

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix for about 1 minute or until the ingredients transform into a paste.

2. Put the mixture in a zipper bag, cut one of its edges (about 1,2 cm/ 1/2 inch) with a scissors, then squeeze the top of the bag so that you obtain baby meatballs.

3. Fry the baby meatballs on medium to high for about 5 minutes or until they become brown,  twisting them from time to time to cook evenly.
