돼지고기 수육 Korean style poached meat

Ingredients

-1 kg of pork meat

-6 cups of water

-1 onion

-12  garlic cloves

-2 green onions

-1 tablespoon of fresh ginger 

-1 hot dried pepper

-1 tablespoon of soybean paste

-1/2 teaspoon of black peppercorns 

 

Directions

1. Add all the ingredients in a pan (cut the onion in 2 halves) and boil them at medium.

2. Once it starts to boil, let them for an hour or until the meat is cooked.

3. Occasionally, remove the froth from the surface.

4. When the pork is cooked, take it out (you can throw away the rest of the ingredients).

5. Slice the meat thinly while is still hot.

You can serve it with kimchi. Enjoy!
