Korean-style spinach garnish II

Main ingredients

-1 kg fresh spinach

-3 tablespoons vegetal oil

-1 tablespoon toasted sesame

 

Ingredients for sauce

-2 tablespoons dark sesame oil

-3 tablespoons vinegar

-3 tablespoons soy sauce

 

Directions

1.      Steam the spinach, then coarsely chop it. 

2.      Mix the ingredients for the sauce.

3.      Heat the vegetal oil in a pan, then add the spinach and stir until it gets tender, then turn off the fire. 

4.      Drain the excess liquid, then add the sauce, stir with the spinach and sprinkle the sesame seeds above. Enjoy!
